Default AR11 - Change of address

I am a LPR and moved from my last registered address in April 2007. I can't remember if I filed an AR11 at the time. Is there a way to check, or should I just file another one? I understand that this should have been filed within 10 days of my move.

Call the 1800 number and tell them and also do it online again.
When you call the 1800 they will be able to tell you what address they have on file.

If you got the LPR status from being married to a USC, the spouse as your sponsor always has a form to notify USCIS of the move, but the number escapes me at the mo.
