AOS Papers In to Cincy. Quick query???

Hi everyone
We filed our paperwork inot the Cincinnati Office on Saturday for AOS. Got the return
receipt from USPS today - Does anyone have any idea how long it takes to hear back
from them - with the receipt that we can take to Cincy to get my EAD?????
Also - does anyone have a direct number for them - can't seem to find one anywhere..
