The INS site mentions something about "spring".... but only they know what that means.

LIFE has been signed into Law, that is, enacted -- was that on Dec 21, 2000 ? . INS never
enacts. INS forms rules and operating procedures to make compliance with some immigration
law possible. If you go by previous behaviour of the time lag between enactment of an
immigration law and when it actually gets to the field operatives, I would say that it
will be 9-18 months.

I had seen comments on another news group that INS was going to have an announcement
Friday 1/23, supposedly about the K3 Visas. So I guess tomorrow we will see.

Since the major immigration sites don't have anything on that, I would take it with a
