Alexander & Yin: NOA #1 received... maybe TSC will process faster after MDUall's letter?

Received NOA #1 today in the mail, it was sent on Feb. 14th, 2001. Our petition was
received by them on Feb. 8th... which means it sat around almost a week before someone
picked it up. Sheesh.
The NOA says processing times for TSC are currently 30-40 days for a decision on the
petition... we all know what a joke that is.
I do wonder, however... how much of an effect (if any) MDUall's letter to the TSC
directory and consequent discovery of the contract workers' screwups will affect
processing times?
