Advance pay roll

Is there anyone who can answer me that, is there any way that we can expedite the advance pay roll process while processing the green card.
The normal process takes around a month.
If its possible then what is the fee... any idea.

I was reading this and I had to chuckle when I read "advance pay roll" I
wish INS were handing out advance "pay roll"....
