1. Get in the US as tourist.
2. Marry the one you love within 60 days
3. File for the AOS
4. the rest will follow, the K-1
Its been done, over and over. So if they can you can too. Don't let yourself be
misleaded by INS 'officers' , costums' and Immigration 'laywers' in this group.
They say to you 'Don't crosswalk', but they do it them selfs.
Better listen to people like Cutiepiepuddin'
The Tourist.

If you loved them, you would not be asking them to commit visa fraud........

And if the INS could get it's act together people wouldn't try. More like a Nazi
prison of war camp stating who you can and can't see than "LAND OF THE FREE"
yeah right.

hum... have you happen to have read any of cutiepiepuddings other posts? maybe you should. In the end it is your choice what you decide to do, vw or K1 or dcf, but I do believe you should find out all the possible results of any action which you take.

FWIW,
1.if you get into the US on tourist basis, you do NOT do the K-1 visa, you marry and
adjust status, and there IS a difference in these two procedures.
2. Cutiepiepuddin' is either an ass or was stoned when posting yesterday, all he
posted was crap and all would do well to ignore his postings.
alvena marriage visa pages at: http://www2.apex.net/users/thehydes/ Procedure for
adjustment after marriage on tourist visa/waiver:
