3. File for the AOS
4. the rest will follow, the K-1

Its been done, over and over. So if they can you can too. Don't let yourself be
misleaded by INS 'officers' , costums' and Immigration 'laywers' in this group.

hum... have you happen to have read any of cutiepiepuddings other posts? maybe you should. In the end it is your choice what you decide to do, vw or K1 or dcf, but I do believe you should find out all the possible results of any action which you take.

1.if you get into the US on tourist basis, you do NOT do the K-1 visa, you marry and
adjust status, and there IS a difference in these two procedures.
2. Cutiepiepuddin' is either an ass or was stoned when posting yesterday, all he
