2007 DV Lottery Visa Notification Address Question
Hello
I'm about to submit my application to the 2007 Visa Lottery.
I'm a Venezuelan citizen.
I need to know if I can use an address in Canada for notification?
The reason is because mail in Venezuela is so unreliable.
