Nice road Vash, looks lovey.
You obviously have more diligent police than we have, every damn weekend there is music loud enough to make our house feel like it is vibrating, the noise comes from a scruffy house with more furniture on the lawn than we have inside our house! We have called the police twice and so has our neighbour, about the noise, they are just not interested and said we have to reach an amicable arrangement with the neighbours ourselves. You can't even get near the house for the 2 aggressive dogs, so I'm not sure how likely we would be to reach any sort of amicable arrangement!!

The cops told me it was a "very busy night" (Saturday night; understandable) and they would try to get there asap "but it could take one and a half hours." It took actually them about an hour to arrive, during which time the bogans voluntarily turned the volume down to an acceptable level. But the cops did not know how loud it had originally been, and told them to turn it down even further! So in the end it was practically silent.
Cool day today (12-20°C) with overcast skies and occasional light showers; perfect weather for a nice country drive. I'm taking Mrs Stampede and Numpty Bub into the hills to give us a break from renovating. Destination: Hahndorf.

Our bogans are pretty good really. The front of their house is neat and well kept, with no dead cars on the lawn and no dogs at all.

We're borrowing second hand furniture at the moment, so if things look a bit frayed, that's the reason why.
