Hello. I live in Lethbridge and can quite happily reccomend a Realtor to help you she gave us excleent advice when we first moved here.
We live in the North of the city wich is usually known as the cheaper area as it was the industrial side. We are on the new build site called Legacy Ridge.
Our 7 year old goes to Senator Buchannon school and we have no issues with the schooling at all, its a lovely school with lovely teachers.
Welcome to Lethbridge its a funky 80's kind of town but I love it, the tree lined streets and really friendly people make it a lovely family orrientated community to live. The house prices are excellent too.
Any other questions fire away.

I will add to what Mrs Minihaha says.
Check out the WIKI pages for Lethbridge - this will give you an insight as to what the town has on offer.
There are also many little more hamlet style places to live around Lethbridge and south towards the US border such as Raymond, Stirling but of course due to the population of these towns being smaller than Lethbridge the facilities are not as big and think for any main shopping trips you would till have to come up into Lethbridge.
I can't comment on Elementary Schools as my two kids are now in Middle School (Gilbert Paterson) but from what I have seen of schools whilst I have been here they are much more supportive than those we are used to in the UK. Another member on here the Pleas Family are also in Lethbridge - he works for another firm called Hewsons and they are on the south side of town and their kids go to Lakeview Elementary School and from what I have heard from that family is that that school is really on the ball and have dealt with any educational problems that they have noticed really promptly.
Like Mrs Minihaha says ask away if there is anything else you need to know about the town.
