Hang on. I'll be right back........
Ah, it's a forest park.
Thanks Google.

Medical insurance.
When I was driving for Kindersley, I got a 12 month policy from Cherry insurance in Saskatoon. It was for multiple entries into the states of up to 3 weeks each. Cost me about $90, I think. Never used it though, so don't know how good it was.

There's a better article on Wiki

So that sounds like if I'm camping down in Montana, I will have to take out Medical Insurance and my Alberta Health card is rendered useless

Ah. Not sure about your Alberta health card KB.
I bought the insurance when I first got to Canada in July 06 because the company didn't give their drivers medical insurance until they'd been there a while (can't remember how long now). I'm not sure if Canada & the US have a reciprocal medical thing going for visitors. I just thought $90 was pretty good for a years cover, and I wanted something until I worked out how things worked (which, as you can see, I never did ).

First of all appologies for the poor quality picture, but it was the best I could do at the time.

I thought I had better respond in kind to the mourne mountain comments, so for all who have never seen them, here is my lorry pictured in front of the real mourne mountains ( all be it a bit more blurry than usual).
How do they compare to Gremmie's? lol
