None of which place GW in the category of "The Worst President in History" ... another U.S. President interned lots of Japanese civilians, the development of, and use of, the atom bomb. Cronyism is hardly anything new, response to Katrina - how many Americans died? More died in the UK weather storm that hit the east coast of England (I think the body count was over 2,000, a lot more than Katrina). The people had every opportunity to vote out the President, and hence the VP in the last election, instead a majority voted to keep the President (and by default) the VP in power. So again, I ask what has GW done that places him in the category, "The Worst President in History".

Anyway, the fact that it was not in our lifetimes suggests that it was considerably before the modern technology which is available today.
They knew that Katrina was coming, how strong it would be, where it would hit... George went on holiday!

That storm of 1703 was put down to an act of god... George should have tried that one (He tried most other excuses)!!!!
