Oh yeah, it did that to all of us in the beginning. I guess you needed to be quoted a few times to kickstart it again.

It seems to work just fine, but yours might still have stale data in it. I think new instances of you being quoted will purge the old records.

The original implementation was tucked away in the sidebar, I never bothered with it and it never bothered with me. Now it's 'out front', so to speak, I gave it more of a closer look.

I might give it a shot using parts from an old microwave, some bits left over from a plumbing project, and some deck timber.
