Well yes, I've got mice and rats galore in my house and outbuildings, and in my old workplace we had mice and squirrels. Just never seen mice in a hotel bedroom in the US.

I know the wife gets them in her classroom.
Mice...that is, not the other classroom based vermin.

And were there any, after how many bloody minutes of arsing vacation/rest time searching? Not. A. Sausage.
I love her, I really do but sometimes she does my head right in, that woman

When we come back from travels I'm not permitted to take the cases into the bedroom. They only go so far as the laundry room.

She's mad. Mad, I tell you ...

Get this - we didn't even take cases. At 5:00 am on the day of travel (a day in which I did all the driving on a 450 mile trip I might add - not far in US terms but the farthest I have ever done in one go), I was sent to wally world to buy a bunch of huge great ziplock 5 gallon bags, or whatever size they were, which we packed with our clothes and left in the car until needed.

A while ago I read that one of the most common ways cockroaches enter homes is via college students bringing their belongings home. Every time my daughter came home I insisted all her belongings...especially electronic items...were sealed in black garbage bags. They were taken out of the car into the garage...the bags were opened and fogged.

The man from our pest service confirmed that inside electronics is one of the favourite ways of cockroaches getting around.

It's the dragging into it I object to, rather than the madness. If you want to be a weird neurotic mess, fine. Just don't expect me to do all the bloody leg work.

You still talking about your wife? I'm not sure...
