The question behind the question is access to seat power - not sure yet if I'm going economy or will bump up to premium economy with avios...
Looking on flightaware, seems to be a mixture depending on time, day, airline...

Which airline? Seatexpert.com and seatguru.com can help as both allow you to punch in flight number and date, and it'll proffer the usual aircraft (subject to substitutions, of course).
