That has to be against regulations - I was in a Panera here in NJ once and you get a bag of crisps with your sandwich. A guy gave the bag back to the guy behind the counter and said no point in wasting these as I won't eat them. The guy behind the counter told him they'd have to be thrown away if he didn't take the bag (unopened) because of regulations on the handling of food. Seems like a case of one extreme to another.

Well, that is the one place I do eat at and have never had complaints. Silverware is always nicely clean and polished to my standard.

Gawd, I'm really getting up there, aren't I?
