The Psychopath Next Door.

It's a 5 part ITV drama I think, might be individual episodes, not really sure. Anyway, has a decent line up and has potential....

Looks good. Tomorrow it's "Lawless" with Suranne Jones.

Apart from the dreadful series where she tried to play an upper crust lawyer...anything starring Suranne Jones is worth watching IMO. Haven't seen any UK TV for over a week...I look forward to catching up.

I kind of liked the first episode of Lawless....the random, quirky bits of camera action now and again were a bit annoying though.

Breathless...hospital drama set in the 60's. The first episode was OK...will see how it goes.

That the one with Jack Davenport from Coupling? Got that lined up but not gotten around to watching it yet.

Anyone catch, The Wrong Mans?

It's a Hulu Plus exclusive in the US. Think it's a 4 part drama and not quite a comedy.

There's also, The Last Witch, which I think is another drama.

Yes that's the one.

Also watched Lawless...reminds me of the series Silk. IMO Suranne Jones is miscast...she seems far to young to be a judge. Looks like a pilot to test the water for a future series.

I kind of liked it though...Certainly opened up for some interesting back stories and characters.

Yes it did.

The Psychopath Next Door...one off drama?? Quite enjoyed it but had a strange ending...unless there's more to come.

Edit: just read it is one of several pilot programs...a different one each week.

Aye, a series of 4 one offs I think? Don't know what the others are called though, but have this lined up.

Also watched the first episode of By Any Means. This could have potential...Warren Brown from Good Cop and Luther takes the main role. A group of 4 who take the law into their own hands to get the baddies off the streets of London.

I kind of enjoyed it, but I don't think it's that good. It really is a re-skinned version of Hustle, just taking on bad criminals, rather than just bad conmen.

It reminds me of another series...not Hustle but I can't recall the name or the actors...or even if it was a UK or US TV series.
