Luke Cage, it's daft and got off to a slow start in the first couple of episodes but I'm really enjoying it after that.
Lethal Weapon, I'm surprised that I'm liking this too. It's not the best show out there and a bit cheesy, but it's quite fun, along with MacGyver. I've only seen the opener to Westworld but didn't think to much of it, but am going to give it a few episodes to warm up. The scenery is great though. Started to watch Westworld, but have given up, too much repeats with different outcomes, and too much about the people running it and creating the characters. |

Does it improve? We just finished episode 3 and I'm not sure if I can keep going. I want to like it but it is SO slow!
I was hoping for something along the lines of Jessica Jones, but this isn't even close so far. It is, however, still very silly but I'm liking it now that I've stuck with it. |

I never saw JJ, so don't know how it compares, but yes, I'm rather liking it. I think you had to endure the first 3 episodes and it suddenly picks up a lot of pace and action there after and a bit more depth behind the shifty characters as well as how the main guy came about.

Re: Tele
After 5 months of waiting we finally found out who was killed in Walking Dead. Rather graphic, hideous viewing, and I'm proper pissed off at who the victim was. Feel rather depressed about it all.
After complaining bitterly about being left hanging at the end of last season, I can understand it. There was no way I wasn't going to tune in to find out what happened, but now I don't feel like watching anymore. After 5 months I probably wouldn't have bothered. |
Re: Tele
I was a bit underwhelmed by it too. Missed opportunity.
Apart from the gore, it was just meh. It's kind of going the way of Game of Thrones and just not caring any more. Westworld, is starting to grow on me now though. |

Didn't like it. I came off of last season feeling a bit bleh about everything, and 20 minutes into this season I was pretty much done.

Started watching Goliath on Amazon, the show itself is ok, but as usual Billy Bob Thornton is rather brilliant (he's becoming quite captivating). |

Re: Tele
The Grand Tour.
Not that impressed. The cars and stuff with them were quite fun but the presentation was just a bit naff and boring but the real issue was how slow things were. The editing was terrible. They could have cut the show right down and gotten rid of much of the fluff and it would have been great. |
Re: Tele
Hah! I'd have bet a pound to a pinch of sh*t that it would be Bob giving it a negative review!
Have you EVER found ANYTHING you like, Bob? |

It didn't work for me either; can't quite put my finger on why. I'll keep watching in the hope that it will grow on me.

Re: Tele
Netflix has had a few good shows on recently - 3rd series of The Fall - creepy as anything and looks like the final series.
I binge watched Paranoid this week when I was unwell and snuggled in bed and can recommend. |
