Marzipan is the devil's food ( along with tomatoes, anchovies, marmite, ham and mayonnaise 
), so I would never touch stollen.
However I do make an excellent rich fruit cake but I warn folk not to go near it with a naked flame!

Hehehe, not a clue. This is the site I purchase my German bread and meat products from. Actually, I am not a fan of Chocolate. Never have been and will only eat dark chocolate when I have an urge.
