Speaking of puritanical TV in the US of A, has anyone noticed that there are now ads on TV for "female pleasure products"? there is some Trojan gizmo that is getting heavy airtime on some channels (bunch of women giving gifts at a wedding shower, all giving the same vibrator). I mainly watch HGTV, which is not exactly R-rated! There's also ads for various forms of lubricants ... KY this-n-that ... . So it would seem, we can have ads for such things (and of course, the ever-present 'Cialis', 'Viagra', and 'Extenz' ads) but we can't have actual shows ... !!!

Going to have to drag this thread out of the bin to say I've just finished watching Series 5 and loved every minute of it. I always procrastinate whenever they change the cast as I can't imagine how it could still be so good, but I have to say that they hit the back of the net again with this one.

Series 3 was a waste of space but series four saw a good improvement.
