Default Reality shows in the US, Admit it... :)

Yes I know, and I am fully aware I need to get a life lol, but I do enjoy them as it appears do a few other folk on BE, well the one that admit it

So the Bachelor thread did very well and I decided it might be fun to have a bitch about the other, ridiculous or not so ridiculous reality shows.

Last night I decided to watch,http://tlc.discovery.com/tv/police-w...ice-women.html Police women of Broward county and I quite enjoyed it but I really think the blonde with the Joe Dirt hair do needs a make over

Spit it out which ones do you watch, yes there will be abuse and negativity to this thread thats fine

Yes I agree, I play up that I watch most of them but the only show that I watch at the moment thats Reality is "Ruby" I think that she is amazing.

As for soaps the only one is 'Drop Dead Diva"

Ruby is SUCH a pretty gal, I haven't seen her show this season but I do wish her well.

I've watched a few episodes of The Biggest Loser and a sometimes catch DesignStar on HGTV. Other than that, I despise supposed 'reality' tv.

I watch some reality shows, but it seems to be pretty random selection as to what takes my fancy.

I'm not fussed for any of the ones with a competition element - so I don't tend to bother with Idol, Bachelorette, the Dancing ones, Biggest Loser etc. Just can't seem to get into them...

I also don't bother with any kind of make over shows - people or houses!

I do, however, enjoy some of the slice of life/how the other half live kind of stuff.

Some of the Real Housewives - particularly the New York one - but definitely not Atlanta (no idea why!).
18 Kids and counting.
Little Couple.
Not so keen on Little People, Big World - they just annoy me!
Of course, the car crash tv that is Jon & Kate!
There are a couple of Tattoo based shows recently (LA Ink is one) that I have found a bit fascinating...
Can't watch the Toddlers & Tiaras thing - I find that too distressing to watch.

I caught the police woman thing last night - you are right Poppy, she most certainly needs a new hair do

DH saw the commercial for this and stated she looked like the criminal rather than the cop and should have been arrested. Put her on "What Not To Wear" on TLC.

I'm hooked on Drop Dead Diva, New Food Network Star (finally finished), Top Chef Masters, What Not to Wear and the wedding dress show.

Cannot stand the Little Couple or Big World, Little People and have stepped away from the train wreck Jon & Kate Plus 8.
