They are now saying that the pilot set fire to his own house before taking off

Sounds like the IRS are housed in the offices too...they say 2 injuries, 1 unaccounted for....so far

It wasn't. Apparently the pilot torched his own home before flying into the building. Me thinks, he was aiming for the fed building and missed.

He supposedly left a suicide note on the internet.
You want to die, then die. You don't have the right to take anyone with you.

I just read the suicide note. He was an engineer.

I work very close to this building and it's been mayhem.

There is one truth in his letter that I can verify - which is that the wages for those in our profession have been squeezed to the bone. You can read my post in the "smell of lay-offs" thread.
However, this nutcase has just damaged his own cause by the action he took.
My understanding is that his house was under foreclosure, which is why he burned it down.

There's a good bit of truth in that note...until he starts rambling on about how he was screwed over by the system because of mistakes that he, however unfortunately, made.
He's doomed himself and his cause..as well as other possible innocents that were just going about their daily lives.

Nah - there's a huge processing facility that is completely across town from where he hit, but with a small plane he couldn't have done much damage to it.
It's at I-35 and Woodward if you wanna map it.
Where he hit was an area that contained just about everyone on his hate list - from high-tech employers, contracting houses, the FBI, and the IRS. He chose carefully.
