Love the pic of the beach. I remember going for Donkey Rides. My mum dad used to take us to Ayr,Arisaig and St. Andrews on camping holidays. Fond memories.

Craft supplies at the shops around here.

Getting tie dye stuff and the rubber bands were $2 a packet, aisle over in the stationary its 60c. T-shirts were $3.50 a piece by the kits, but none of them were 100% cotton so you couldn't use them but over in the kids section they were $7.50 for 5.

Cold callers at work who ask to speak to steveq and when I enquire what it is in regard to say "a personal business matter".

I then tell them that steveq is my husband and has no "personal business matters" and hang up

Sadly, still a bit more than a few (about eleven).

But yes, it shall be rectified. A nice trip to the harbour and some 99s are definitely in order. Especially if they still have that nice "monkey's blood" syrup topping to drizzle over it

So I need new tyres for my Mustang, and not impressed with the stock offerings of Continental, Sumitomo, Hankook, BF Goodrich, and others, I decide on a Pirelli tire, which apparently has to be ordered in.

My usual (preferred) tire dealer can't get them, even though they're on the company web shite! :frown:

The Ford dealer can get them, but wants to charge me an extra $9/ tyre for "freight"! ..... How do they get the other tyres? Do they not need to be trucked in because they grow on a tyre tree round behind the service bays?

I've now moved on to the new tyre dealer in town, waiting a call back tomorrow to hear what yarn they're going to spin for me.

Have you a Costco nearby? It might be worth a look, but I don't know if they would stock a specialised tyre.

Not Costco, but I'm a member of BJ's. .... They only offered ONE tyre in the size I need.

Are they recommended by Ford? Handling can be completely destroyed by the "wrong" tyres.
