He is violating the law by blocking your driveway. For that reason alone, you should be able to have the police tow the car.

Or you could just use the turret on your panzer to blow him away. Fire when ready.

or get some chalk draw a line and put day and times :) lightweight revenge i know; but, you'd be amazed how fast it works sometimes...

Why not just knock on the neighbours door and ask him to move his car and be more careful next time?

Neighbours can be a real pain in the arse if you fall out with them..
