Just made the Delia pancakes. They came out really nice. For those without scales, the 4 oz. of plain flour equals 1 cup.

British pancakes are exactly the same thing as what Americans call crepes. I just don't know what a British version of the crepe would be.

American pancakes batter is thicker and the outcome is a little more bready/cakey ... because of yeast I suppose.

I made some the other day, my Wife said they were crepe, but I thought they were alright!
Anyway I make mine with strawberries that have been warmed in a sugar syrup.
Or with Lemon and sugar.
