so today is shrove Tuesday...pancake day.
Anyone making them? Uk or US version? Jiff lemon or maple syrup?
Our local IHOPs are giving away free pancakes from 7-10am for a donation to Shriner's...might have to go and check them out for breakfast

my kids don't like the english version <sigh> been over here too long and hubby is away so I probably won't make any. My mum always used to make them when we were kids
