Default Pancakes anyone?

so today is shrove Tuesday...pancake day.
Anyone making them? Uk or US version? Jiff lemon or maple syrup?
Our local IHOPs are giving away free pancakes from 7-10am for a donation to Shriner's...might have to go and check them out for breakfast

Lemon and Sugar or just lemon for me,

The Mrs is turning her nose up at Lemon and Sugar, she thinks it'll be 'gritty', coming from someone who eats grits
