Only in warfare, hollow points are the ammo of choice for most US police and CCH permit owners. Still legal in the US. Not sure if they are used in the mass shootings.

If the NRA were serious about promoting safe gun usage then they would have promoted something to stop stores like that.

I doubt it will. This seems to a rogue dealer who knowingly sold guns to criminals.

It will probably take a few years of legal appeals to see whether this verdict will stand or be overturned.

More than 500 crimes have been linked to one shop, but it took the shootings of two cops for anything to be done? Even then, it sounds like a civil suit.

As bad as this was, it is just a part of the annual quarter of a million guns that are involved, mostly headed for Mexico, and as if the smugglers needed help, the US government is sometimes there for them.
