This is a beautiful film, The Way: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1441912/

It's got Martin Sheen starring in it - if you like his West Wing persona, you'll enjoy this; he walks the Camino de Santiago across France and Spain, in memory of his estranged son. A good plot, brilliant characters, fantastic scenery, darkly comic with shards of drama - well worth a couple of hours of your time.

I wish there were more movies like this.

Got an email yesterday to tell me that Free Birds and GI Joe:Retaliation were both now available for streaming. I've wanted to see the latter, but not willing to pay for it, so this is great for me.

Been on a Star Trek Next Gen jag. Though I love the original, Picard and crew are much more developed. I'm enjoying it.

And, he doesn't surrender. I was surprised.

Riker is so up himself. Should have killed him in Episode one. Or better yet, killed him repeatedly each week.

Then you could end the episode with Wesley Crusher saying "Oh my God they killed Riker! You bastards!"

It's supposed to be all egalitarian in the future, but he only got that job because of his mum.
