Re: My computer is making me fat!
DONE. 148lbs the past few weeks, wanted to lose 20 and lost 42:o. I guess I was a sterotypical fat American. To be fair I weighed 164 in February 1977 after basic training for the USAF.

I had the nice experience of ordering a bikini in my "usual" size from Boden and it was too big! Would anyone be interested in reading an article written by one of my favourite docs (oncologist for NIH previously) about sugar/glucose and cancer? i don't want to bore anyone but it makes very interesting reading. |

I got a spiralizer since the issue was last discussed on BE and have been having fun making vegetable noodles. |

Re: My computer is making me fat!
I had lost 15 pounds over the summer when I got back into biking. I put it all pretty much back on in the last couple of weeks during our road trip and eating out every day with practically no exercise except the 5 miles of walking around The Mall of America...my word that place is huge.

Re: My computer is making me fat!
I lost weight then gained it back. No super overweight, maybe 15 pounds if that, so not too worried. I am working more on reducing my addiction to sugar and sweets more then anything at the moment... Sugar addiction is hard to come off cold turkey..lol
