I am on week 10 of T25 and feel fabulous. My hubby is a beach body coach (one of his many hats) so I have no excuse! I figure if I eat clean and exercise every day I can still drink my wine.

Yes I agree. We have been "eating clean" now for 8 months and we do Beachbody programs - T25, P90X, P90X3 and all that jazz, walk the dogs and drink shakeology every day.

We just eat nutritionally and control portions.

I am in the same boat. I lost about 10 pounds and then stopped. I eliminated junk food and sugary drinks and foods and eat mostly oatmeal for breakfast, lunch is veggies and chicken, dinner varies but usually chicken or oatmeal and such.
GF is using weight watchers and loses about a pound per week, we eat the same foods and I just stick at the same weight.
I am more active then her too. I dont get it. I have knee issues so no running allowed and this time of year cant really hike. Too wet, snowy and cold for it.
Shall see what summer brings when I can hike and ride bike again.

They are programs for all levels of fitness, lasting anywhere from 21 days to 90 days. T25 refers to a 25min daily program which lasts 10 weeks. BB have loads of Infomericals. You can keep doing the same program over again or do something else. I alternate between different ones, running and pilates.
I drink shakeology (with kale in it) as a nutritional shake cos I cant be arsed to eat during the day and it gives me all the nutrients and more for the day then eat "rainbow" dinner at night (with wine).

190 lbs = more to cuddle.
