It is about mate. Should go looking for it myself. I usually just get the bottled stuff as they sell it everywhere around here.

Well we just had our long weekend away camping, so this weekend I am DECORATING!!! which I love to do painting one of the spare bedrooms...

Wonder how much paint will end up on DaisyDog!!

Enjoy the long weekend everyone, especially if you are going off to see sights! It's currently pouring with rain here so I am enjoying being home and dry!!

A simple plan...

1. Drink lots of beer (preferably someone elses)

2. Eat lots of red meat (peferably cooked, not picky though)

The only spanner in the works is getting the missus to go along with that...

Ill just buy her something to keep her quiet for a few days...

chartreuse is an unknown quantity at this point
Default Re: Memorial Day weekend?

Working (got shifts every day) and writing papers the rest of the time.

Apart from when we're watching Doctor Who.

The Celts, like the Bruins, pissed it away, 3-0 lead, if they don't do it tonight, they'll be out in game 7, not the best away and they'll be in for a slaughter like the Bruins deservedly got for crashing out....so could be an interesting night

Put flowers on the son's grave, hang the flag, cook out, and watch the Black Hawks and Flyers.

I was just remembering being in the high school marching band, marching in the parade and playing Stars & Stripes Forever for the veterans.

I've never seen Old Thumper here, but if you want cask conditioned ale then try Sea Dog Brewing Co by the Mall (not much atmosphere but good beer) or Gritty McDuff's in Freeport. And if you go to Gritty's and hear a British woman shouting at her children then you'll have found me

I will probably spend the weekend (unsuccessfully) trying to avoid the inevitable gridlock caused by all of the tourists trying to get to the beach
