I would tend to agree. The fact that they didn't seem to investigate either the ex-boyfriend or the roommate, even though most of the time a murderer was known to the victim personally, tends to back this up as well.

This case is probably much worse as up to 24,000 people may have been jailed for something they didnt do.

I wonder if they are going to push back the release date of season 2 whilst this plays out.

(Pointing out the obvious here but) The AG's appeal over Brendan's case is more about saving face than ensuring justice is served - and I just hope that (Brendan's) legal team is ready.

I also wonder if Netflix is picking up the tab for the legal fees.
