Though less effective for time travel.

The "wheels forward" design of the Batmobile would make slow-to-medium speed collisions unnecessarily exciting.

Unsure which one is the most practical daily drive there... Probably the batmobile, it's lighter and more nimble

Every time you try to drive a sensible speed in the Delorean you would be off on a jaunt through time - that's no use on a run to the shops.

Yes, but that's just a film. In reality, every time you try to drive a sensible speed in the Delorean, the engine blows up.
