I don't disagree with this. Their mistake was pranking the Windsors. They should have known better than this. It showed naivety in my opinion.

The hospital may or may not have responsibility by omission, by not providing procedure, or training or whatever may not have been in place, but the radio station has responsibility for its positive actions, of deception, of attempting to gain confidential information, of airing the tape after the fact when they knew it was just nurses talking, of initiating the whole saga.
