I read somehwere years ago, it may have been george orwell, not certain, that that is how you can always tell a working class family. Like I said booze dont stick around long in a working class household. How many times have you seen a working class person come home from work and have one whiskey and water. Or one glass of wine with dinner? Drink is for drinking IMO lol. Still, I wish I hadn't

I still maintain that you lot should be sent to POrtugal at age 12 and taught how to drink. I started drinking at age 7 or 8, a watered down glass of wine at mealtimes and have never been dead drunk in my life (excepting for the other month when I had a bad cold and thought drinking half a bottle of Brandy straight would help! God, what a headache!). That's the way to do it

i got a AA for a hubby not drunk in 17 years!! so i dont drink because i feel "guilty" but sometimes i could just down a nice cold Pils!!!!!!!!! trouble is there i drink one and i am anybodies.. god aint life boring sometimes.

I used to work for ICL in Wilmslow...we held a lot of our meetings there. Apart from that it was a nice place to go for dinner.

Its got a lot to answer for I met the wife there !(not on grab a grannie night I hasten to add,threw her in the swimming pool after a charity football match,to make it up to her, I married her,well thats my excuse !!!!
