Only if you choose not to charge them. I'm merely making suggestions here, the business model is entirely up to you

Maybe a barter system... Cakes for Pies.

Even then, it's a tough call.

This is why you need to be in charge. This is miles better than cash for questions.

Is the fryer really the key ingredient to the experience though?

Isn't it down to the type of potatoes and oil?

Battered sayvoy sausage and chips, to go along with that fish please!

The potatoes and oil will affect the chips, but my gripe with American "fish and chips" is the batter, as I said recently, I have never found American fish and chips to match even ordinary British fish and chips.

When I passed by Charleston a few weeks ago, The Codfather was closed (all day) on the way south, and closed (at the end of the day, which is only 7pm) on the way back.

Mr Bristol, I'd be happy to review your establishment for BE when you're up and running. ..... I hope that you'll be offering haddock on your menu.

Do include a mention of the toilets in your review.

Yes, the batter is often disappointing, but there have been a few good places around, but not really the fish and chip take out experience.

Just no small fish tender sized portions or breadcrumbs

I have a fantasy of running a fish and chip van. Anyone got any experience of this?
