Wegmans had samples of the fresh king crab legs, which was pretty decent and busy...first time i've not had it from frozen.

At $30 a pound, I didn't go on to buy any though, but apparently people were buying individual legs...

If it didn't have the chicken but only eggs, cheese, or creamy dressing, is that vegetarian?

That particular salad wouldn't have been vegetarian even if it had no chicken in because it was a Caesar Salad so the cheese contained rennet and the salad dressing contained anchovies

What bubblechog said I would be a millionaire if I had a pound (or even a dollar) for every time someone has said "but vegetarians do eat fish" Oh no they don't!! And also "well can't you just take the chicken/ham off it and eat the rest?) Yuk!

Vegetarians are just bloody picky. I would never invite one over for dinner.

When I was still in London I went to an internal (no clients present) work-related dinner and one of the junior managers, a woman, was a vegetarian. She was seated next to me at the restaurant table, and after the main courses were delivered we had a short conversation about my choice of main course, which, being a vegetarian she was unfamiliar with. .... I had ordered steak tartar.

Vegetarian Manager: "What did you order [Pulaski]?"

Pulaski: "Steak tartar."

Vegetarian Manager: "It doesn't look as if it's been cooked!"

Pulaski: "It hasn't."

Vegetarian Manager: "Did you know that when you ordered it?"

Pulaski: "Yes, that's what a 'steak tartar' is, a raw steak.

Vegetarian Manager: "Are you going to eat it?

Pulaski: "Er, yes, that was why I ordered it."

Vegetarian Manager: "What's on top of it. It looks like a raw egg."

Pulaski: "It is."

Vegetarian Manager: "Are you going to eat that too?"

Pulaski: "Yes, it's part of the dish."

Vegetarian Manager: [Looked disgusted/ nauseated , although continued to peer at Pulaski from time to time with a look of revulsion, to see if he was really eating raw steak and a raw egg. ]
