Wahoo! It's raining here, real rain not silly must stuff. It's been like this for at least 2 hours now

And we're moving into the 70's for the weekend...bliss....

Wow - that didn't take long! So it would seem you've survived your first summer in the East Bay - congratulations! I wouldn't trade it for anything at this point.

I left the Bay Area last Wednesday on a road trip through the Sierras en route to Scottsdale. It was so long since the last rain, that I left several windows open so the place would get some air - it honestly just never occurred to me that it might rain! Of course it rained for the first time the day after I left! Glad to hear it's raining again - my garden will appreciate it, unlike me!

Yep i cant quite believe it myself!! Honestly i think DH had set himself up for a summer of my moaning and groaning - oh its too hot -its to0 dry --its too humid - its boiling - i cant take it whah whah whah and yet instead I LOVE it - i like to sunbath - obviously smothered in sun tan lotion and am becoming a bit of a California gal - sort of

In fact its HIM who prefers the Eureka weather - the cool summer and the rain!!!
