Default Civics Lessons Program

Is there some free program that helps people learning for the civics
test? Some criterias would be:

1) Questions are asked in random pattern.
2) Some statistics are stored, i.e. which question was answered how
many time, how many times correct, how many times incorrect, etc.
3) Gives both the short and extended version (see M-638)
4) For the English test the program would say a sentence, the user
would type it in and then the program checks if the spelling is
correct.

Thanks

The English test should be interesting, very few people in the US seem to speak it, sepite the Presidents insistance. Not that he is a good example.

The spelling doesn't have to be correct, as long as it's pretty close phonetically to what the instructor says. For example, if he asks you to write "today the weather is sunny", and you write "tuday the wether is suny", you should still pass.
