Bacon butties for breakfast - sacrilege - try proper ham fried with onions and cocoa [here its cocoa tea -like cocoa but - more, btw did you know that raw cocoa is a pretty strong drug? Seriously - the stories about cocoa helping you sleep are true - but - if you take cocoa mass that hasnt been boiled in water or milk for 10 mins it will make you sleep - guaranteed, boiling is required to reduce the drug effect....

Kippers and toast, and there's no harm in practicing once or twice in the weeks leading up to Christmas.

You are either single or have the most forgiving partner on the planet, kippers more than once a year is a divorceable offence for most ladies. My ex would only let me do them if they were the boil-in-the-bag type as they don't tend to stink the house up for three days...

No, no, i can appreciate a kipper, i would prefer a slice of smoked yellowfin tuna or even salmon, but a kipper is ok... like ham, if its naturally smoked yeah ok, the only issue with kipper is the bones, almost anything tropical will be deboned or bone free, but if you arent so located, its ok.

Yup...but we leave a glass of milk. Can’t have Father Christmas under the influence whilst in charge of a sleigh full of pressies for the children.

Hubby drinks the milk...I eat the mince pies.

He drinks the milk because I don’t like it. If we left a glass of sweet sherry...or anything else I like...he wouldn’t get a look in.
