Branson, Missouri - British Guy On Fire Truck

Just been listening to the scanner in Branson, Missouri, as there are severe storms going through the area, right now.
A Massive 100+ Condo Unit is totally engulfed in flames and there are several fires going on right now. 90 units have been lost thus far;

A Commander of one of the Fire Trucks is from the UK, by the sounds of it. he is in Truck 60-24.
