Question anyone experience with "mylanguageexchange.com"

does anyone know this homepage?
In order to become fluent in English and to improve the conversational side of the language, I would like to sign up on this site. Before I let them know my creditcard-nr. I wanted to ask if someone has made some experience with this homepage?
