It's mad. He's essentially saying that the entire machinery of the voting system was rigged against him. He sounds like somebody with a narcissistic personality disorder, but some armed lunatic could easily take him seriously and start some shooting.

Bannon has talked of beheadings and heads on spikes today "I’d actually like to go back to the old times of Tudor England. I’d put the heads on pikes, right, I’d put them at the two corners of the White House as a warning to federal bureaucrats,” Eric calling for "Total war" I think the plan was for violence on the streets to put pressure on the courts. I dont think ( I hope) that it will happen.
