Clearly they only wanted to sic their twitter trolls on them.

They also wanted the voting records of who voted after regularl hours so they could see who the late voters were. What a complete asshole.

What failed were their requests to segregate early voting ballots and release the names of poll workers. I doubt we've heard the last of this issue:- their claim is that not only were people already in line allowed to vote (legal) but also people joined the line after closing time and voted (illegal).

Not really. All bar one of those studies agree that the impact has been minimal. The one that claims 800k job losses merely extrapolated from the increase in the trade deficit with Mexico since NAFTA passed, hardly an economically reliable way to do it.

There is far more evidence that China's emergence as an economic power has had a large effect on US jobs and there is no specific trade agreement with them.

I agree trade policies with China probably have had greater effect than MAFTA. As far as NAFTA I can drive in a 150 mile radius of where I live and find quite a few factories that moved to Mexico, and more planning too.

I am not sure the criteria used on some of those studies, in particular whether they included the cost to economy and society of the multiplier effect of lost jobs and the social benefit cost.

Dade, Palm Beach, Pinellas counties strong Dem with lots of votes still out. Trump would have to win huge in those to win. His votes so far are from low population small counties.
