Trump declines to share favorite Bible verse - CNNPolitics.com
I don't really care, but I guess having dismissed every other demographic, christian evangelicals would be the only ones left. He has 23% of the vote and is beating out former Sunday School teacher Ben Carson, former Baptist pastor Mike Huckabee and Ted Cruz, who launched his campaign at Liberty University, the world's largest evangelical university. |

My sentiment entirely!
:) So maybe the Black vote is the wild card this time. The Dems don't seem to be doing much (YET) to court them, and obviously Obama had the inside track last time ... But if Trump moves on to 'Black' issues, and if he takes a 'support our police at all costs' approach, maybe that will stir things up nicely. Pity the election isn't this year. People have short memories and if things settle down next year, much of this may be forgotten (except the Hispanic issue, perhaps). |

Trump is a ****ing idiot. He said the Bible is his favorite book. FFS. He doesn't even know the difference between the Old and New Testament. I'm a freaking atheist and I know the difference ... and if I was running for president under the pretext of giving a shit about religious people ... I think I could have memorized a couple of trite Bible verses to pull out of my ass if necessary.

They're definitely not going to vote Republican, I just don't know how fired-up that part of the coalition will get next year or if it will be enough to get a strong turn out. However, if Trump goes after black folks, the way he has gone after Hispanics, they'll most definitely come out ... no doubt in my mind.
Trump says he is Black peoples' man:rofl: Says they support him. Maybee on illegal immigration he has their support , who knows... |

Chris Christie wants to track immigrants like fedex packages. I think some guy in German tried something similar once (might as well get that out of the way at the start).

In fact Adolf Hitler wrote and thanked Grant for writing a bible for him, which he clearly adhered to, in his failed attempt to establish his brave new Aryan utopia.

Let's be real and acknowledge the Adolf Hitler was no ordinary German, Godwin's Law notwithstanding.
