Media in Canada seem to think Hillary will be announcing her run this weekend.

Re: 2016 Election
I can't imagine she would be worse then a Republican unless the republicans somehow fix their issues PDQ but doubt that will happen, and she would have an experienced first husband who was a president...
Could make double history, first female president, first first husband, and first first husband who was also a president, so I guess triple history..

I cannot explain it rationally but Hilary Clinton gives me the creeps ! The Republican candidates are probably worse ! Put Bernie Sanders in the White House !

In any rational system she would stand no chance

Re: 2016 Election
It has been since 2000 for sure, seemed to work reasonably well before that fiasco...lol
Probably take some major constitutional changes to get any real change to the system and that's a pain to do and would require a really dedicated congress to see any success, so probably stuck with it for the foreseeable future.
Although the parliamentary system up this way doesn't seem to work all that great either, too much power given to 1 individual when their party gets a majority.

Plus uncomfortably close to Wall St.
But - unless someone new springs up on the horizon - she'll probably get my somewhat grudging vote
It will be quite a scenario if she does get elected....ones imagination goes wild....

Confident about the 1st two - however I do fear she's a bit warmonger-y.
