Bernie bringing up the subject of changes to the military budget.

Brave but unfortunately the moderators didn't develop the subject and get the others to weigh in.

Sanders is so far off politically from the GOP that you'd have to take a passenger plane to get from one end to the other.

I just see further gridlock continuing from 2016 onward.

The hope is that the Republican candidate is so unappetizing to the voters that there is a large turnout of Dems and Independents who will not want that candidate anywhere near the Oval Office and that will return both houses to the Dems. Fingers crossed.

I did not see it all but the bit I did was a comfortable Bernie win.

He preformed well enough but I wouldn't go so far as to say he won on any issue in particular.

Hillary came across as composed and commanding.

O'Malley seemed a little pathetic, even begging for more time (to the nervous laughter of the crowd).

The polls are calling it closer, but will that translate into Primary voters?

Bear in mind who made that comment.

The polls in the last week seem to be all over the place:

I remember when the Dems controlled the House and Nancy Pelosi was Speaker. She promised great things but in the end it all came to naught and the GOP gained control.

I would like to see the Dems gain control again but they'll have to perform much better.

I think I'd find it as funny as hell if Trump became President and the Dems did get back in control.

I think it was at least a draw and maybe Bernie won.

I thought that Clinton constantly invoking Obama's name, as in Bernie is anti-Obama, was more than ham fisted and obvious. Obviously, Hillary's newest strategy is to align herself with the current administration and paint Bernie as somebody who will DESTROY everything Barack Obama has been able to accomplish. She's co-opting the Obama coalition in order to insure the minority vote and to appeal to the die-hard Obama loyalists. I get it. A little subtlety wouldn't go amiss.

Great punditry, as usual. Only saw the first hour, but that is the impression I had too.

She was definitely on the attack, apparently somebody told her that was the way to go. I'm not convinced that it is effective. Just in the last two days, her attacks have put Bernie on high alert. He's released his healthcare plan and rejiggered his stance on gun control. They spent the majority of the debate discussing Bernie's policies, not Hillary's. It sounded more like he was the front runner.
