how to apply ME AGAIN
also i think i need sponsoring as i dont seem to have enough points but agent didnt make this clear either if i do can i have this in place before jan 10

It may be that you could pick up extra points by doing the IELTS test - I did this to gain the extra points needed to apply for the 175 visa.
