The fact that we cannot vote in Spanish general and regional elections is down to the British government which does not grant reciprocal voting rights to Spaniards.
Norway allows resident foreigners to vote in its elections therefore Norwegians can vote in Spanish elections.

The left is very well mobilized in this country, not only the electorate, mainly the true tentacles of Zapatero, all his Media with his ideology: TVE1 (as now the PSOE is in the government, it belongs to the PSOE), Cadena Ser, newspaper " El Pais ", some television channels that I believe that they were created to support even more to Shoemaker's government, as Cuatro (that is really vomitive), la Sexta, etc etc etc...
To the PP I believe that they was gone up too much the most absolute to the head (I say it because I have been voter of both parties), they lied a lot and shamelessly, and it is something that voters' of the PP possibly certain sector didn't forgive him, so much lie. The attack of Madrid it not was decisive, because this already came of behind: lies in the case of the Prestige; the accident of the Yakolev; the biological weapons of the war of Iraq...Were many things, until it happened the attack of Madrid, and for people (possibly certain sector of the electorate of the PP that became undecided) that the PP said without doubting " this it has been thing of ETA ", then they didn't forgive it to PP. Conclusion: punishment in the urns. If the PP had said the truth or at least had said " we will investigate this", PSOE would not possibly have won
A lot of foreign people thinks erroneously that it was only the attack who it changed the vote, and it is not true. As I have already said, this comes of behind, a lie after another lie. And were not simple lies. It is not to support the PSOE, I didn't want the victory of the PSOE. At least the PSOE. But it is necessary to say this

And yes it is true that Rajoy has no charisma - but then back in 2004, that is what they all said about Zipi y Zapi, and Rajoy was still the preferred choice prior to PSOE's dirty tricks.

The constitution says the Government of Spain is chosen by Spanish Nationals, nothing to do with Europe.
That's not true. Dual nationality is dealt with on a case by case basis. For example Ronaldinhio has dual nationality (so he doesn't count as a foreigner in the Spanish League and so he can still play for Brazil).

Charisma, charisma. Felipe Gonzalez had tons of charisma, and he left the government indebted as never before since Philip II. And a rate of unemployement comparable to 3rd world countries. That is the reason salaries are so low in Spain, in relation with the size of the economy: companies have enjoyed the most qualified generation of workers ever in Spain, but they could pay peanuts because they were always going to find somebody to fill the vacancy.
