I am afraid, Urende hasn't a very good after-sales service. I would recommend El Corte Ingles. You can find everything and very good special offers, above all at this moment, and the most important is that they have an excellent service.

Most white goods are covered by the manufacturers warranty. If you have a problem then you call the local service agent who will repair it under the normal 2 year warranty. This also applies to most TVs.
