Dublin airport , there one security checkpoint and it back up , you need 90 mins from checkin two plane and more if you in the D wing
i know we need this check but it so long and people for get the rules

Liquid bags

take you laptop out off it bag
take you shose and belts off
empty all pockets in to the trays , even rings are metels that will let any off the alarms

Try Gatwick where regardless of your hand baggage allowance with your airline, airport security only allow you one bag and a camera case or small ladies handbag counts as one bag. Only answer is to wear a huge coat with many pockets and stuff the pockets full. Stupid really as stuffing pockets full of things is no difference for security than taking the things through loose.

Actually the only metals that can be detected by the magnetometers are Ferrous metals- those containing iron. I have see people covered with (real) gold jewelry and huge gold Rolex watches pass right through.

You need to stop buying the cheap crap (and use the spell checker as well)

Unfair use of West African airports - they are on a different planet and don't count. Know what you mean - worse still is getting a taxi from outside the airport too!!

Unfortunately we had to use that airport as we were working in Lagos. Also all that bribing as well !!!!!!!
